Unless explicitly stated in the position's location, all of our positions are on-site.

Occasionally, we do hire freelancers. The available freelance positions will be labeled as such in the role specifications.

No, we do not offer Schülerpraktikum or internships for students at the moment.

We are an international studio and our main language of communication is English. Therefore, we require fluency in English. However, some roles might require a solid level of German, for instance in the Legal Team or in the Community Management Team.

If we close a position, it usually means we do not need to hire for it anymore. However, we recommend sending us your open application. We will reach out to you if a position opens up that we think might be a good fit for you.

You can. However, we recommend that you carefully read the job descriptions and apply only for positions that fit your skills and expectations.

We aim to get back to you as fast as possible, ideally within three working days. Please note that we will let you know even in case we decide not to proceed with your application.

The recruitment process can be different depending on the department you applied to and your level of seniority. 

It usually involves a call with a recruiter, two interviews with hiring managers and a trial period (one or two days). Some positions may require you to take a test or to have an additional interview. Please check this article for more details and for some tips on how to prepare for your interviews!
